How far in advance should I book my bounce house?
We recommend booking 3 months in advance to secure your date and bounce house preference.
Do you require a deposit?
We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to secure your booking. The rest of the payment is due 10 days prior to your event. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for an available future date within 6 months.
What surfaces do you allow set up on?
We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, and pavers or inside a venue or home. We cannot under any circumstances set up on uneven grounds, rocks, gravel, mud or dirt.
Can you set up at a park?
Yes! We ask that you make sure there is a power source within 50 feet of where you would like to set up. We do not provide a generator if there is not but can hook up to one if you provide. We also require booking an attendant, as the rental cannot be left unattended. Please check with your park ahead of time to see what permits or proof of insurance they need us to provide.
What is your rain policy?
If we need to cancel due to rain, your deposit will be held for an available reschedule date within 6 months. We ask that you allow us to play it by ear until day of and not cancel, as most times it is only scattered showers. If the winds exceed 15 mph we will ask you to shut down the bounce house, as it is very dangerous to operate in high winds.
Is there a weight limit or age restrictions?
There is an 800lb weight limit. We have no age restrictions!
Do you have insurance?
Yes! Your safety is our number one priority at Confetti Bounce Co!
How far do you travel?
We cover all of Long Island, NYC, parts of NJ and parts of CT!
How can I ensure I am getting a clean bounce house?
Our priority is for our clients to feel as though they are getting on a brand new bounce house. We take cleaning very seriously as we want our clients photos to sparkle with a perfectly clean and white canvas. We use non-toxic products that are safe enough for children. We do a deep inspection and cleaning after every booking along with sanitizing.
Do you guys allow mess prone activities at my event?
We unfortunately do not allow mess prone activities near the bounce house as some are damaging beyond repair. (i.e. Face Paint, Slime, Confetti, Smoke Bombs, Henna, Tattoos, etc.)
How much space do I need?
Please check with us regarding space needed as each bounce house has different requirements. We ask that you make sure there is enough space prior to booking.
Can you guys provide balloon decor or vinyls for the bounce house?
We do offer these services! Please reach out with your design request for a quote.
